EMIS is the central portal for electronic maths resources in Europe.

The Electronic Library of Mathematics - free full text articles, journals and monographs online.
zbMATH Open
zbMATH Open is a freely accessible research tool for the mathematical community worldwide since January 2021. Its coverage overlaps with MathSciNet.

The mathematics section of arXiv, provided by Cornell University. Search, browse and download mathematics research papers.

ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global
PQDT Global is the world's most comprehensive collection of full-text dissertations and theses.

It includes millions of searchable citations to dissertations and theses from 1861 to the present day together with more than a million full-text dissertations. The database offers full-text for most of the dissertations added since 1997 and strong retrospective full-text coverage for older graduate works. It also includes PQDT UK and Ireland content. It has limited full text from 2023 onwards due to the British Library cyber attack that prevented auto uploading from the Ethos service.
