• The unit code has changed
• It has been restricted by your Department

You can search for and access e-book titles like any other book using the Library Catalogue. Accessing e-book content via the links below will give you extra search options; for example, the ability to look for a specific keyword or phrase in the full-text of an e-book.

You are not generally permitted to systematically download or print more than one chapter or 5% of an e-book.
CRC Press ‘Energy and Clean Technology NetBase’
E-book collection covering more than 400 energy and clean technology titles published by CRC from 2000 to 2017. Topics include alcoholic fuels, green chemistry, renewable technologies and much more. Heidelberg University Books on Architecture and Garden Design
This service give free access to full-text scanned images of books from the University of Heidelberg Library's historical collection on architecture and garden architecture. The books date from the late 15th to early 19th Century and include rare and precious illustrated editions from Italy, France, Germany and other European countries, architectural tracts and Säulenbücher, meant as pattern books for the contemporary architects.
JISC Historical Texts

Project Gutenberg Architecture Bookshelf
'Project Gutenberg' offers access to over 36,000 free e-books. The Architecture Bookshelf includes mostly 19th and early 20th Century books on architecture, covering for example British cathedrals, churches, theatres and a copy of Vitruvius' 'Ten books on architecture'.
Access to many subscribed e-books from Elsevier's Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science collections.
Access to over 73,000 electronic books from Springer's Science and Engineering collections.
